Since 2006, she has leveraged her strategic knowledge and management experience to offer management delegation services, thus supporting the growth and development of her international clients’ local businesses. She currently leads the global operations of Biznelp.
She began her career at an Italian multinational in the automotive sector in Córdoba, Argentina. After a few years, she continued her career at the headquarters in Turin, Italy. During this period, she specialized in controlling, handling the preparation of reports and the consolidation of European and Latin American subsidiaries, where she gained experience in intercompany operations and subsidiary management.
Candelaria holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba (Argentina) and a master’s degree in International Trade from the Higher School of International Trade in Barcelona (Spain).
François-Eric brings his business experience in Europe and Latin America to support foreign companies in establishing themselves in these markets, as well as assisting in the creation and management of local subsidiaries, driving their international expansion.
He is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. He began in the financial sector, first in the stock markets, and then moved on to financial management of companies, including a brief stint in venture capital. For the past 20 years, he has focused on the growth of the Capacitis group, which he co-founded and manages.
François-Eric graduated from BSB (Burgundy School of Business) and completed a Master’s in International Economics and Management at SDA Bocconi in Milan.
Kamila works as an executive board assistant and is in charge of project coordination. She provides proactive support to the management, handling administrative tasks such as organizing schedules and managing documents.
She is responsible for managing the External Partners Program and improving internal and external communication through multiple channels.
Kamila Guanotasig graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Università degli Studi di Genova, Italy, and has completed two master’s degrees in Cooperation and Development Policies and in Leadership for International Relations and Made in Italy.
